as always, it is the staff that make the experience - and the experience was very good - friendly , professional and very helpful - what more can you ask for - early check in dealt with in a pleasant manner as was check out , with bags left behind, car organised to collect us elsewhere in london- couldn't ask for more - but not used to the small bedrooms - city life , i guess!!

Two night stay was excellent. Staff were great. Loved the spectacular bedroom lighting and the shower pressure was the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. Would have been a 10, if I'd been able to make a cuppa tea in my room.

The room was designed for passion! My husband loved the floor to ceiling mirror and red lighting. The bed was huge and the shower was big enough for two...

5 Star hotel with no valet parking? Disgraceful.
Asia da cuba was outstanding though and Starcks design is what makes the hotel rooms.
Negetive point - portable TV in room!
Whats that about?
Positive point - Fantastic bathroom, in particular the shower.
All in all, good style, poor content considering its 5 star.

Loved it! Decor fabulous! Meal in the
restaurant was out of this world.
Would have liked tea and coffee-making
facility in the room.

The staff were very friendly. The room (double-garden) was small, although stylish. Dissappointed by the hardcore in-room sales push, give it away or don't bother. Overall, great location, friendly staff, expensive.

What a fantastic place! The food was amazing. The Light bar was a great place to relax. Not sure about the price of items in the mini bar though...

Spent best part of a week here and couldn`t fault the place. Excellent location and the staff were very friendly, especially steven at concierge. We hope to return soon. Maybe next time we will see more celebs than just gareth gates and puff daddy.

This hotel is fantastic and offers everything that a young and cool person might want. The light bar is small, intimate and somewhere where you can relax and enjoy a laid back evening.

Enjoyed our stay there - thought the decor was brilliant, ultra modern and very stylish, the lighting was cool as well. A bit put off by all the items for sale in the room though (cds, shaving kit, etc), even the hairdryer could be bought!

We enjoyed our one night stay, the room was a bit small but had an excellent bathroom with sexy walk in shower. We could have done with more clothes storage space & tea/coffee making in the room but hay ho.The lighting & sound system were good.Don't bother with the Light Bar,it's small dingy & v over priced,go to Soho instead.Breakfast choice & service brilliant, staff also.

I had fantastic time during my 4 days stay.
Food was absolutely to die for.
Try lamb and a chocolate cake.
Drinks at the bar were OK a bit pricey,
more expencive than in New york.
Will recommend it highly....

I had an exceptional 4 days at St Martins Lane- The deep soaking bath tub was by far the best part.
