| My only complaint here is: there's not enough room to put your clothes if you stay more than a two nights in an Aldwych room. Else, this hotel was fantastic, especially service-wise. I especially liked the bath room, which had not only shower but a tub as well. Would come back here anytime! | |

| i stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. the first impression was " what a small room!". however it is in a superb location and good service made us forget about the size of the room. went to theatres nearby every night to see the Lion King and Stomp. Fantastic! if you are a play fan, this is the place to stay. | |

| A beautifully presented hotel, with a popular lobby bar. Right in the middle of the West End. The beds are the most comfortable I have experienced, and the contemporary feel throughout the hotel is very refreshing. I love the lifts! | |

| Absolutely superb! I wrote to the General manager after our stay to express my gratitude to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. I honestly could not find fault with this hotel. The styling and facilities of it are second to none and the nature and attitude of the staff are excellent. I shall certainly be returning. |
