I really can't praise this hotel and it's staff highly enough. I have used them several times over the past year or so and each time has been better than the last. I mean, how many hotels have staff with enough interest in their guests to recognise them walking down the street towards the hotel and greet them by name. Thanks William you are worth your weight in gold!
Without going into details, recently I asked them to help me with a special present giving that I was organising and their efforts to make it all go smoothly were far beyond the call of duty.
Thank you all for making that day very very special for both parties, it will remain in our memories for many years. |

This is my favourite hideaway in London. Quietly efficiently run with wonderfully helpful staff. The only downside being that no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get them to replace used glasses in the Thai Suite automatically and had to phone for them to be replaced each time. But really this is only nit-picking. Please don't anybody else go there as I want to keep it all to myself!!

Courteous staff, wonderful location, quiet streets, within walking distance to museums. The suite was large, clean and well kept. It's small size was was just what I was looking for. I will not stay anywhere else when in London. Looking forward to visiting again and viewing the results of the remodeling to come.

I have stayed here numerous times with my husband on business trips. It is utterly fantastic. And the rate Hotels London gave me makes this a virtual gift. The Thai suite is fun for sure! The regular rooms are very well appointed. Try to get ones that face Ixworth. They may be a tad smaller but they have more light and views of Chelsea neighborhood. Do not go near those Chocolate Croissants! They are so addictive and evil to the waist.

Booked into the Hotel very friendly staff, opened the door to the Thai Suite what a fantastic room everything in the room is fantastic you just keep finding more rooms, the bathroom is like no other your very own Steam room and Jacuzzi. The bed just makes you want to jump straight onto it like a little child, worth the money. Take a bottle of champagne jump in the Jacuzzi and you’re in paradise.

We stayed in the fabulous Thai suite. It was an unforgetable experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast and room service was excellent. If I visit London again the Chelsea Green will definitely be my choice. Cosy, intimate and a brilliant location.
