| Surprised with upgrade when we arrived!Professional, very friendly, very attentive staff. Clean,oh so hip rooms although somewhat on the small side. So cool yet so warm. | |

| I stay here every time I come to London. The beds are probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in and will not change. Superb location for centre of London. Enough said | |

| Stayed here twice now. Very nice little gem, helpful staff, good breakfast. Stayed in a single room that is smaller than my closet, more or less. The fact that I had my favorite CD's and a cup of tea certainly helped get over that! | |

| Excellent service, lovely bedding and shower, very clean. Fantastic decor. Perfect location. Double room a bit too small but saying that we will definately go back. |

| Travelling with family but want more than the standard Holiday Inn experience? Look no further ... My family and I just spent 3 lovely days at this hotel. Staff were fantastic, rooms are small but beautifully appointed. Real attention to detail and comfort at every level. Note: we travelled with our 2-year-old son, who needed to see a doctor for a minor ailment during the stay. Staff completely took us by the hand, arranged for a doctor to see us that day in our hotel room and handled payment arrangments. All in all, an easy, comfortable, joyous experience. We'll be back. | My stay started off badly but quickly improved... the first staff person to greet me was rude, I could not check in until 3pm (coming from overseas), none of "my" requested preferences were followed. Must have been a bad day. Having said that, the room was great, staff were attentive and the air conditioning was fabulous during London heatwave. Internet access in the Library was a nice bonus, and the location is great. Would stay here again. | |

| We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival. We had booked a deluxe double as we needed a crib for our baby. It was quite spacious and lovely. The crib was in the room waiting for us. The bed linens and bed were heavenly. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the staff was extremely helpful. We felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We will stay there again next time we come back to London. | |

| The hotel as such was impressive with very friendly staff. However, the single room I had was VERY small and certainly not worth the money I paid for it. If one goes for a double room for single occupancy there should not be a space problem. | |

| The bed was very comfy and we slept so well. What else do you need from the hotel besides a good nite sleep? I played my fave CD and sat on the couch, made herbal tea - just felt like at home. We ordered a room service for breakfast, and it came in a tower of Chinese steamers! |

| Stayed in a double room for 3 nights very recently. There were a few minor things about the bathroom that bothered me, but I just couldn't bring myself from giving my stay anything less than a 10. The hotel and room seemed very clean. Great Location -> very very close to Tottenham Court Rd Tube, Soho, & British Museum.... actually closer than I thought by looking at the map before going. Staff was friendly, and overall it seemed that effort was put into every detail of the hotel. |

| Single room very small. The library was a pleasant "cave" in the basement with two computers and lots of refreshments. Excellent bar! Service only ok. |

| Great hotel -- and great value. The rooms are a perfect size -- and the Bedding -- Too Heavenly! Only 2 things need improvement: 1) the gym needs a desparate update -- old and insufficient equipemtn 2) Breakfast hours need to be extended to accomodate for the time difference many of us travellers are on -- especially when it is already included in the cost! |

| Just like sleeping in the Conran Shop window, made me want to go home and throw away all my furniture!!! So hip it's scary... pack your hippest gear and go for it. The perfect hotel to impress the ladies. |

| Until I was told ' you must stay there', I really didn't believe that Hotels like this existed - it was a magical experience. If you are stressed out, and need time away from the kids just pack your bags and go to MyHotel! WOW. |
